The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) is urging all eligible older Canadians to get their 2nd COVID-19 booster shot (4th shot) as soon as possible.

As the virus continues to spread in communities, getting your booster shot is the best way to lessen symptoms and reduce risk of “long COVID” effects.

PHAC recommends checking with your local health unit on the best timing for you to get your booster, and where to get it.

As we all get back to our (mostly) normal lives, let’s all do our part to keep ourselves and those around us healthy! More information on COVID-19 boosters is available on the Government of Canada website.
